When people/organizations try to use deceptive practices to gain personal information about you, such as passwords to sites like myspace or much worse, credit card or bank account info. in an attempt to steal your identity and open up credit cards in your name or steal your money, etc. It is becoming more and more widespread and you have to be very careful.
