It's a c-. Don't worry, I get bad grades on science tests too and I'm a straight A student!

it depends on how your teacher curves your class.
if you're in high school or below it goes something like this
90%-100% A
80%-89% B
70%-79% C
60-69% D
anything below....F.

It's the same thing with most other classes in college as well. some math, science, or engineering classes might be curved differently.

good luck

depends on your teacher's /school's grading system, for example one teacher may give an A between 90 to 100 where another teacher will give an A for scores between 93 to 100, but your score sounds like a C in most cases.

A 73% would be a C- or C.

(A+) = 96% or higher.
(A) = 94% or higher.
(A-) = 91% or higher.

(B+) = 87% or higher.
(B) = 84% or higher.
(B-) = 80% or higher.

(C+) = 77% or higher.
(C) = 74% or higher.
(C-) = 70% or higher.

(D) = 60% or higher.
(F) = 0% or higher.

NOTE: These measurements are based on maybe inaccurate data. Small details may change per teacher.

typically
A = 90% to 100%
B = 80% to 89%
C = 70% to 79%
D = 60% to 70%
F = less than 60%

It's neither but, I it also could depend on the teachers grade chart. It could be a low b. But it is closer to a c+
