I agree with pretty much all posters here, in regards to this issue. My son, who is now 3, had Colic, and it about drove me nuts. My parents helped me out by giving me suggestions (now mind you, I'm not able to drive) and doing what they could to help.

Try taking a car ride
Try different formula
Try burping
Try the gas drops

If all else fails, call the doctor, but if there are a number of things already tried up to this point, call the doctor.

It is possible the baby may be teething, too.

*Running Water- Take the baby into the bathroom, turn the shower on to where it's really hot and just sit somewhere in the bathroom, like on the toilet or somewhere, and hold the baby close and rock him/her.
*White Noise- Sometimes turning a tv to a channel that has all of that static white noise stuff, and turning the volume up will help.

When my son would cry a lot, never diagnosed with colic but he was a very fussy newborn, I'd put him in his bouncey seat, bounce it pretty roughly, not enough to cause any harm to him, but while bouncing it I would be maybe an inch from his ear going " SHH SHH SHH" pretty fast. It would calm him down and he would quit crying.

There's a line of products I'm thinking by Disney called Gentle Naturals. They can be found at Walgreens, CVS..possibly walmart. My son had a lot of gas and constipation problems so I ended up buying 'Tummy Soother' of that brand, it was under $10, and it calms stomach discomfort. It has Chamomile & Ginger in it. It worked awesomely. You put it in the baby's bottle, you can anyway.

whats up , how old is the youngster ? First Colic is gasoline interior the intestines and digestive equipment, it could reason the toddler undesirable discomfort. the top of colic is 5-7 weeks and that's checking out on the mothers and dads, mom especially. Infacol is extra for burp gasoline, there is yet another product referred to as babies chum that labored truly nicely there is likewise yet another product referred to as Donnalix its green and that's interior the toddler section at some chemists in a White field with pink writing asserting Colic mixture or some thing it doesnt say the call on the exterior, yet they produce different products for discomfort alleviation and so on so its no longer problematical to discover :) I used to furnish this to my son previously a feed 4 cases an afternoon (recommends 4 cases purely) and it helped him plenty aswell as my exchange of weight-help plan which sick clarify in a sec. you are able to initiate it on toddler it fairly is 4kgs and tastes severe-high quality too :) Are you breastfeeding ? if so then i'd get rid of a few meals that would make a contribution to colic, slowly introduce on the different hand one after the other to make certain if it effects your toddler. I had to renounce eating Onion Garlic Cauliflower Brocoli Cabbage, All dairy cheese is the worst (Suplement with calcium pills) Chocolate, orange juice, eggs and all gentle drink, something fizzy ! as quickly as i ended those meals and gave him drops he became a diverse toddler ! Alot of human beings would say doesnt rely what you consume yet I easily have ahd 3 great babies no problems with colic reflux something then this one comes alongside and he gets colic undesirable, and weight-help plan differences completley. See if there is something you have been yearning and eating or eating alot of latley and shrink that out and spot if that helps. enable 4 days for it to make a distinction. I easily have slowly presented the above meals returned into weight-help plan now ( cant stay with out chocolate for that long lol) and he's high quality now and is 17 weeks, so its no longer perpetually its some thing they strengthen out of :) I additionally gave him lots of showers look to help massgae his intestine and lay her on returned and placed one leg as much as opposite shoulder and repeat different area and that's a solid excercise that would help them additionally. Oh and carry her upright after each feed for atleast 10 min stable good fortune it is going to ease previously you realize it :)

try mylocon gas drops they sell them OTC.

heating up a baby blanket or towel in the dryer for a few minutes and then wrapping it around the baby's belly just make sure it's not too hot.

burping her often during feedings

my baby's pediatrician recommended the curved bottles to prevent colic

they can try giving the baby chamomile tea while it's still warm. just make sure not to give it to her after it has gone bad. when it starts looking clowdy its no good anymore. the tea usualy last about a day at room temp. longer in the fridge.

if she's already crying try burping her or massage her belly to help her pass the gas.

Put the baby in a sling and go for a walk (or walk around inside).
