It is one of 6 laparoscopic incisions, the one in my naval. My health insurance ran out 4 days after surgery. I have put steri-strips on it once and it's popped open for the 3rd time. Doesn't appear to be infected. What should I do? I'm not bleeding, but you can see inside.

You definately need to go to the doctor or ER. Depending on how much you make per year, some hospitals will take you as a charity case, and either give you a good break or even free. When I was a single mom, I had a $2,000 doctor bill waived because I only made $25,000 per year.

PLEASE go to the ER! You need to be treated. You could get so many different life threatening infections and bacteria in that location. Until you can get somewhere, keep it covered with sterile gauze (it's cheap and can be bought almost everywhere).

Have you tried butterfly bandages? They will pull the two side of the wound together. Otherwise, go to the ER like the previous answers suggested

Have you tried using a big stapler like the ones that are used to staple 50 sheets of paper together? Might wanna take a shot of whiskey first. If that doesnt work you might wanna go to the ER.

Go to an ER. They are required by law to treat you. Otherwise, sew up yourself if you can "stomach" it and/or take the pain.
