Pregnancy symptoms can vary from nothing to swollen breasts, period like cramps, bloating, nausea, vomitting, fatigue, headaches, mood swings, heartburn, food diversion or food cravings and even more. Yes you can have symptoms that early cause that's when I started having mine, I just had no idea that I was pregnant. It's best to wait until you miss your period and then take a pregnancy test. If it is negative then you are probably stressed over the possibility of being pregnant. Good luck hon.

Yes, you can have symptoms as early as 2 weeks after conception. Cramps, headaches and breast changes are common in early pregnancy. Have you taken a test?

Pregnancy symptoms are the same as PMS. Plus the whole food thing. I was starving all the time at about a week and half. I was mooching so many snacks at work that two of my dearest gay friends kept telling me I was pregnant, and I kept denying it. I denied it right through my missed period and until the digital stick said pregnant. So you can indeed have early symptoms. But don't psych yourself out because that can cause a missed period. Good luck!

Yes, you can get the symptoms that soon. I got mine when I was about 3 weeks, which was what made me take a test. And it was positive and 2 more also. But keep this in mind, not all women get all the symptoms, some don't get it at all.

It's either pregnancy or PMS. Take a test.
