PuckDat - Boston has the same issue on RW that Detroit has at LW, a lot of good ones. I left off some guy named Kenneth Hodge (whom I played with in the Chicago system). I think Cashman and O'Reilly represented everything that was Boston hockey in the 70s and 80s. The fact that both became coaches of the Bruins didn't hurt either. Hodge didn't have that legacy (and had fewer points as a Bruin too)

Well LITY, I never got to see Brimsek, Thompson, Shore, Clapper, Flaman, Quakenbush, Dumart, Schmidt, Bauer, Cowley, Conacher, or Weiland play, but I have heard of them fellas. I can say that the one's I did get to see are excellent players.

I can say too, that they would never be caught in a vulnerable position, and are more durable than some of today's Bruins.

Dag, how I miss the games between the Flyers and Boston in the mid to late 70's.

Nice. Mr Zero The Kraut line intact good. Espo would think he died and went to heaven if Neely was on his wing for real. You put Middleton on the 4th line behind O'Reilly and Cashman? I know his career wasn't exceptionally long but when healthy he could dangle pretty good.
And what about Ratelle? He had some good years in Beantown.
I think this team could certainly keep the NY team busy.
Imagine Gretzky vs Orr. Would anyone else touch the puck?

Neely was a beauty.

I work with a guy named Jerry O'Reilly everyone looks at me stupid when I say the Tazmanian Devil.

Good work! Is Mr. Zero your starter? :)

I think your dynasties should play eachother. Is there nowhere on the web where you can simulate two teams playing against eachother AND pick the rosters?
