3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

I would strongly suggest that you get into some type of therapy. The first step is recognizing that you have a problem, which you have. That's great. Now it's time for you to take care of yourself. I'm not going to preach to you but I will tell you that God can help you with all your problems. I for one know that for a fact. You need to quit one thing at a time. I would suggest the drinking first. Once you have accomplished that, move on to the smoking. I'm sorry about your daughter and son, but I'm assuming they are both adults now, so it's time to take care of YOU! I know as a mother that it's hard to do, but you can't be there for them in the shape you are currently in. Talk with someone ASAP. May God Bless you in your SUCCESS in getting rid of these health problems. And you will! ;)

You are showing signs of Anxiety & Depression. I suffer from it too and know how crazy and out of contro you feel, and how you can't see any way out of it. Talk to a therapist, or yor family dotor and he (she) will recommend one for you.

You are not alone. Things aren't as bad ans they seem. I was inthe same boat as you are about 6 months ago. Some things have changed and some things have not, but my perception has and that is what is important.

I don't know how to solve this but did u stop smoking and drinking? If u keep smoking and drinking, there's a chance to go to heavens. What u need to do is throw all those away! Stop buying them (If u didn't quit yet). Drink lots of water...i think that'll help...sorry but i don't if it help by drinking lots of water...just guessing...but water is good for u.

Eat healthy food....something good for your heart like fish! Something that is good for you.

Hope this helps!

you definetely need to go talk to a therapist! They could really help you out!

Also, you should see a doctor....my grandma was a bad alcoholic and the doctor once told her that her health was so bad that she was going to die if she didn't quit!
She hasnt drank alcohol since, and that was like 25 years ago!!!

Good luck!!!

Go see your doctor, ASAP. Tell him all that you just said, print it off if necessary. There is help out there, my friend, and you seem to be floundering. Reach out to your friends, family, pastor, counselor - whoever you feel most comfortable talking to. People really do care about you.
