I think it should be funny, Dev has the right idea. Take fictional characters and put them on Dr. Phil. He should psycho analyze them and see why they do what they do. They can be fairy tale characters like Dev suggested or just characters from something you've all just read or performed. Maybe the characters from Our Town, or The Crucible. Maybe he could turn Abigail around :-) If you want it to be more serious, you could bring out the characters from Anne Frank. See where I'm going with this? You said it's for drama so I'm thinking plays. It would make more sense if it's something your class is familiar with.

Fairytale villains anonymous (Alcoholics anonymous esque)
Have the host who is the therapist and a few fairytale villains who are well known. ie. Big bad wolf; Wicked witch of the west, Evil stepsister, etc.
ps. It makes it more amusing if you have some mature guys in the class that are willing to put effort into being a female villain.
