I agree with most of the responses, but I needed to point out that Jews don't have churches. They have synagogues. And Israel is a nation, not a synagogue/'church'.

No, you can't sue the government for something like that. The only way you could sue the government would be if you could somehow prove (IMPOSSIBLE) that you were the only person harmed by this donation. If not, you have no "standing" to bring such a suit.

the government is not funding religion by supporting Israel. Israel isn't the biggest Jewish church because it isn't a church, it's a nation-state. You seem confused by what separation of church and state means. No, you cannot raise such a ridiculous lawsuit, every lawyer in the country would laugh in your face.

You can sue anyone you want. The question you want to ask is can you win. No you can't the government has the best defense against lawsuits. They just deny them.

Nope, you can't sue the government. It is sovereignly immune from suit. That's not to say that you can't sue various individuals....
