I Have A Vague Memory Of An Old Late-Night Sci-Fi Horror Flick, Which Has Been Digging In My Craw For Years Now, And I Just Have To Find It, Once And For All. The Story Line Has Something To Do With A Plane Crash On An Island. The Survivors Of The Crash Are Attacked By Some Blood Sucking Blob, Which Turns Them, One By One, Into Vampires.

...sounds sorta like the 1964 sci-fi shocker, "Goke, The Body Snatcher From Hell"; the film had a very surreal shot, repeated numerous times in the film, where this guy's head would split open, and the grey-colored blob creature would spill out from the opening; when the creature wanted to go back into hiding, they would play the exact same shot, but run it backwards....Very Weird, Indeed!!!
