We are one brother and three sisters. Our father expired 12years back and our mothers this year. We have got a house which belongs to our father and it was reconstructed with the help of our grandfather.we three daughers are asking for equal share in that house by selling it off. But our brother is intentionally postponeing it . we do not have any papers to claim our rights . And there is no will made by our parents and we have our kinds who have attained majority. We are afraid that our brother may sell it off without our signatures and we may not get any amount . We have given a regd letter to Sub-registrar to not to make any transaction pertaining to that house.Now what is the possibilities of getting our share from our brother

Yes, the above person is correct. You don't say in which country you reside, and you need a lawyer quickly.

If you are in America, go to the local courthouse, and talk with the States Attorney's Office. They can direct you from there.

You do have some rights to the property, each of you. You can force the brother to move along by filing an action for Judicial Partition of the property. There might be a better way as well. I don't know where you are located so I really can't give you a good answer. The best thing for you to do is to go see an attorney in your jurisdiction.

You don't say where you are, but this is not a question to be taken lightly. You need the services of a lawyer well versed in property and inheritance rights to sort this one out.
