Has anyone had success with using Sole Proprietorship name such as First Name, Last Name Secretarial Services.

Have been told by Secretary of State that I do not have to register with Texas the business or request a Tax Certificate. Fear if I choose elaborate name, may have to pay attorney to register name?

You can fill out form for a DBA yourself then pay the SoS a fee.
