it has been modified by the prevoius owner, he played fake games, now will they do it or not. and since i dont have warenty will i have to pay some more. (its registered at xbox.com)

You will have to pay them. They wont fix it cause its been Modified. If you look at the owners manual it says that messing around with the box will void the warranty. You should just call them it will properly still be cheaper to get it fixed by microsoft. Note if you do that they just normally send a refurbished one to you so you'll lose your mods on the box.

I don't think Microsoft will take it because;

1) It has no warranty.
2) It has been disassembled (since it has been modified by the previous owner its obvious that he took it apart to do modifications)

So yeah I don't think they will take it but its worth a try calling and asking them.

Microsoft gives 3-year warranties from date of purchase, but if the previous owner added illegal stuff to it they won't do it

your going to have to pay, i had the ring of death on my 360 and they said it wasnt under the warranty
