Man! I have 3 black cats, no wonder my life sucks so bad. lol

That would be bad luck because only would the ladder fall down because of the speed of wind the cat has caused with it's stride, the person on top of the ladder would fall down, whatever that person had with him or her and on top of the ladder will also fall, the person would also fall on to the mirror and have to go to the hospital. If a sharp jagged piece were to pierce the person then that person could die.
Breaking mirror causes 7 years bad luck, you must wait 7 hours before you clear up the broken, shattered mirrors so that you reduce the 7 years bad luck to 7 hours of bad luck.
If it's dark and the cat black then that would be worse because in darkness you wouldn't be able to see what is happening, especially if there was a power failure.

the black cat has a ton of bad luck... and if you see it you probably have bad luck too since its a black cat.
so basically everyone loses haha.
i didn't know that about covering a mirror in a thunderstorm... i guess i'm screwed during thunderstorms then b/c i have a giant mirror by my bed and nothing to cover it with.
