Based on your height and weight, you have a BMI (body mass index) of 26.6, which is unfortunately considered overweight. The normal range for BMI is 18.5-24.9, and in order to be in that normal range that would mean you should weigh no more than 163 pounds. There is another equation used to determine your "ideal" weight; although this isn't as good as using BMI, according to that equation your 'ideal weight' would be 140 pounds (plus or minus 10% for build).
There ARE big problems, however, with using BMI to determine normal weight/overweight. etc. For example, a muscular athlete (I'm saying this since you said you worked out a lot) or bodybuilder with a very low amount of body fat can have a BMI that classifies them as overweight or obese even though they clearly are not. In these cases the best thing to do would be to determine your actual fat mass. The only problem with this is that it can be expensive; there are scales, for example, that claim to be able to determine your fat mass, but these are very inaccurate. The best way would be to undergo hydrostatic weighing (underwater weighing) - this is expensive, but many college universities have the tanks and equipment to do this and offer a big discount for their students (Since you are 17 I'm assuming you might be going to college soon). Another decent method is to get skinfold measurements, but it should be done by someone who knows what they are doing. Since all of that is so complicated and can be expensive you may want to just stick with your BMI (26.6) as an indicator of normal/overweight, at least until you go to college.
Also, just because you are vegan does not mean that you cannot be overweight. Many times vegans do not comsume adequate amounts of protein, or eat 'junk foods' in place of the animal products, and subsequently gain weight. Non diet sodas are also a big source of empty calories. Without knowing everything exactly that you are eating I can only give you a general recommendation if you want to lose weight. My advice would be to track EVERYTHING you eat (measure everything out too) for 3 or 4 days and determine how many calories you are consuming, and from there eat 500 calories less than that everyday for weight loss (for example if you found you typically ate 2000 calories per day, for weight loss aim for 1500 - but make sure you don't eat so little that you are starving yourself!!! Another option would be to create that 500 calorie a day deficit through exercise instead of modifying your diet. If you find that you really aren't eating very much, there are certain medical conditions that could lead to weight gain (i.e. hypothyroidism) so you may need to speak with your physician.
Just remember though, if you do decide to lose weight, don't go overboard or become obsessed with it. The most important things are that you are healthy and happy with yourself. There is no need to go on a crazy fad diet or develop an eating disorder just to keep your sisters from telling you that you're fat.

omg the nurse up there is such a biotch!! who are you to say that all girls who are 5'8 should weigh 145?? first of all everyone has different body structures and muscle built! And how dare you say to someone "stop stuffing your face" or whatever that is very rude!! for a "nurse" you have no manners!! Nways!!!! Look you're probably NOT Fat!! you're tall, and you excersise so you prolly have a lot of muscles... and if you don't feel or LOOK fat then theres your answer!! your sisters are teasing you cause they're immature, who cares! you're big framed and you're not a bone, big deal!! you're athletic and that is much healthier than being all bones and anorexic. Everyone is different some are very thin others are heavy, you sound like you're just fine. If you feel like you could lose a few pounds then go for it, but if you're confident that you look fine then just ignore everyone else!!

You're probably just a couple pounds overweight. I'm 5'6" and anywhere between 145-150 (scales are never accurate), and I am NOT fat. Do you have an athletic build? Muscle weighs more than fat. I have an athletic build, cause girls my height range from 110-150.

Depends on your body structure.

A larger frame can carry more weight.
