Anyone can lash out when they are angry but my true strength is brought out when I maintain control no matter what (and that's hard). Plus it can really tick another person off when they want an argument and you won't give. It's a win-win situation for me.

NO
When you are angry you are not in the right condition and your emotions clouds your judgement.
If your strength is brought by that then I say it's NOT TRUE because you aren't thinking well.
My say is that, True strength is brought by desperation and the ability of that person to control his feelings and act in solving the problem.

definitely NOT!
putting one's anger and emotions on exhibition shows a lack of groundedness, control, tactand stregth. It is the oposite of strength. Anyone can flip the anger switch...but it takes inner stength to hold back and put things in their proper light before jumping to unnecessary and often unretractable, hurtful conclusions. I get so pissed off sometimes and almost always regret it...but the times I have maintained my cool, I have always felt much better about the outcome because in a few minutes I often learn that it wasn't worth me stressing about it...and the situation remained cool.
