Probably nothing more than feeling sick. You might get breakthrough bleeding, you might miss your period, stomache aches, cramps, nausea, vomiting...just about anything that's not out of the ordinary for side effects of drugs.
I wouldn't recommend though, having sex unprotected. Your body is already going to be screwed up by this mistake. It's best to wait another month if you're sexually active.

Did you do that because you missed your pills? Anyway, if you did that I think if you missed more than 2 pills you need to start a new pack of pills. But it depends on the pill you're taking. I missed 3 pills once (hence why I'm on the ring now lol whoops) and I took 4 in one day lol. Nothing happen and I was on otc-lo. But, be sure to use back-up methods for sex if you don't want to get pregnant.

Call your doctor and ask. She'll be the most likely one to tell you a real answer that makes sense. I doubt anything totally terrible will happen to you, but just call her ASAP to see. And maybe tell someone - your mom, a friend, someone who will be around you - in case something does happen, just to be safe.
Were you behind on the pills? If yes, you're usually only supposed to take two and move on. If not, what? :) That wasn't an insult, just a general question.

How in the world did you do that?
If you missed any pills you need to read the pamphlet that came with your pill pack, or call the pharmacist, or call your doctor, or google your pill online.
You now have three times the amount of hormones you should be having, so you may experience a heavy period (breakthrough bleeding).
Please, next time, read the pamphlet/doctor/pharm/google.

you should be fine you may get really nautious and throw up (like morning sickness) because of too much hormone. You should not have sex for 8 days as that is the time it will take for your medication to get back to normal for sure, this is the amount of time you would have waited when you first started taking them.

nothing will happen to you. you might feel a little sick. and it doesn't make a difference if you take three at a time, it wont help you any. once you miss a day, you miss a day. you cant make up for it the next day.
