I would store it in my bank account for my future car.
And to answer your questions:
Money controls me. Not gonna lie. But I can control it sometimes.
I am NOT a slave to it. Only on rare occasions.
It would change my life so much. It would be like going from hell to heaven for many different reasons.
And no I haven't blown a large amount of money.
And I'd do a lot for a large amount of money.

I would pay off all my bills and buy a nice farm to keep my horse on. Then I would just enjoy life and probably do some traveling.
I don't have a top 10. This is good enough for me.

I would invest $4000.
Put $5000 in a CD.
Spend a thousand on Christmas gifts.
