Actually you can now buy it for 1mil at the Grand Exchange.
I got a Green Halloween mask for 19mil :)

Its actually cream colored trim with a 4 pointed star on the chest. Thats Sardomin blessed rune & its found by members on the treasure trails & will run you a couple mil.

it's full saradomin and if ur thinking of buying it, buy it for 2.2mil cuz thats the lowest price. :)
