I think you should use a different color eyeshadow, the one you used in your pics isnt flattering and is dull. Try something darker.

You do have a very pretty face :]

Dye your hair one color.. Though I am a fan of hair dye, that orange has GOT to go... Wear natural/lighter colored make-up, especially your lipstick. You will look great if you do so.
