Lately I've been feeling sad, lonely, tired and depress at times. What am I feeling? is feeling sad part of being moddy? I don't know why...but when ever there's little incident or when my love one is feeling down. I feel down and get into a saddness mood. This usually lasted for a day and the next I'm not anymore...but it well keep on happening over and over again.

If you are feeling someone else's sadness, you're empathic, and you can fix that by instead of mirroring their sadness, be happy for them and bring them up. I feel the same thing, and it took me a while to realize that I was sad or angry because someone else was and it had nothing to do with my own experiences.

If you are sad when it is gloomy outside or if it's winter where you live, that could be your problem. Less sunlight makes some people sad.

It will keep happening until you can find the reason for real. When you find the source you will be able to fight it off and be happier.
