I see everything black or white, which sucks!! i try to change my negative thinking, but sometimes these thoughts get to me and control my emotions. I am very hard working, but when the outcome is not as expected, i get these bad thoughts about how much i suck and i at the time i do believe these negative thoughts about myself, although there is this other part of me that knows that i just want to feel sorry for myself. That other voice in the back of my head telling me to stay strong and move on.

You should set goals for yourself to step away from that perspective of everything only being black and white. Take some risks, try something new, try to meet people. everyday you should write down a goal or as many as you feel you want to do. As you achieve it, cross it out, this way these bad thoughts can't control you and you are moving beyond them and you feel stronger emotional as well as physically. I wish you the best.

Simplest answer is to do only those things you are good at.
Of course, you haven't tried nearly everything yet, so that's not going to broaden your horizons any. Failure is good. You know how not to do something and that is success.
C. :)!!
