They make me a bit uneasy because I can't see who they are behind the makeup. Don't really like mascots either.

For the most part yes!!! I dont know why, I should be able to use logic and know that there is a real person under the costume, but I dont think that way!! Lol, funny thing is that any thing that looks scary in a costume scares me! I worked at a haunted house this year, sort of knew the people in costume yet I was still scared once placed in the haunted house! Yes, we had a clown too at our haunted house. :)

They make me uncomfortable. My parents took me to the circus when I was a little girl and the clowns all had happy faces painted on but I could tell they weren't really happy under the paint. It gave me the heebie jeebies.
I'm still not comfortable with clowns.

no longer the severe-high quality clowns yet rodeo clowns creep me out. Clowns should not be able to communicate with the objective audience nor could they be able to kiss them or scouse borrow their mini doughnuts. Sorry you have an offended clown when you am specific he's interior the rodeo too.

i think clowns are scary most of the time except ronald mcdonald.

No clowns are funny/cool. However birds, butterflies, and squerrials scare me. Yikes!

no but they scare the crap out of my niece.we scared her one year by showing up in a clown mask.and when she answered the door i said "they all float down here"in a deep voice.
it's a line the clown from stephan kings IT says ,and she pissed herself.
