Why Are All These Charities Sitting On Billions Of Dollars And Only Spending The Minimum Required By Law?

The Salvation Army Reserved And Paid For The 9th & 10th Floor Rooms At The Hilton Hotel For A Meeting?

The Red Cross does this alot, the Hurricane Katrina relief fund, many many of them. Which is why I really prefer to give to a charity directly if I am going to , not to an organization.
