i still want 2 play my ps2 game so will they work and i really want sumtin good for x mas

Yes, the 80GB PS3 is backward compatible, and ALL of the PS3's are reliable. I've had my 60GB PS3 for almost a year and I've had no hardware issues or problems at all. You can play games and movies all day on the PS3 and it will be just fine.

It's backward comaptible, but to lower prices, they use software emulation for compatibility which means there's some older games it won't run properly. Most should be fine though.
It's more reliable than an Xbox 360, that's for sure. Expensive, but if you want some really good looking games, it is the way to go.

you really don't need 80gb but whatever...it's reliable and it's backward compatible.

NO save your money and get a PC pc's SMOKE THE HELL out of ANY console
