It's better with a natural penis. See the excellent discussion of the effects of circumcision on the female partner of a cut man at http://www.sexasnatureintendedit.com/ -- this site gives evidence and logical explanations for their results, not just assertions. The evidence is compelling. There are other studies that show beyond a shadow of a doubt that men have reduced sexual sensation after circumcision, too. Cut men seem desperate just to get off, while intact men really enjoy the whole process. That enjoyment adds to the woman's pleasure a lot more than just hard poking ever could.

People have already given you the Sex as Nature Intended It link - very persuasive arguments on that site. Here is another study showing how uncircumcised is better for and preferred by women: http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html

Of course it really depends on the individuals as there is more to sex than whether you're circumcised or not (especially if there is a condom involved).

Foreskin is a natural gliding stimulator of the vaginal walls during intercourse, increasing a woman's overall clitoral stimulation, helping her to achieve orgasm more easily. (see video below)

Uncircumcised sex can bring a woman to orgasm more easily and more often because of frequent pressuring contact against her clitoris during thrusting. (videos below explain why)

The penis foreskin is God's gift to women. I'd been going my whole life thinking there is something wrong with me for not wanting to have sex as long as the man, and for not liking the pounding thrusts needed by him to orgasm. I thought soreness was normal--that if I was only turned on more I'd be wetter.
What a relief it was when I discovered it wasn't my fault,
but rather it's the fault of the circumcised penis.

Don't you think this is a silly question to ask in men's health?
