This is an interesting question because it is not "language" that is at issue but, like a lawyer, the extent to which you wish to cover your tracks.
1. A. and B. may be very different things depending upon what else you may have discovered AFTER you have read the profile.
2. Again, what you have said may refer to NOW or AFTERWARDS. Possibly two different statements.
3. A. Means what you WILL discover,
B. Could be something you have already discovered, or will have been discovered by the time you get your emotional reaction.
In short, all are correct if these semantic niceties are irrelevant.

1 A:I wil check you profile and let you know what i thought.
B:I will check you profile and let you know what i think.
On this one, I like 'B'

2 A:I will repeat what you say.
B:I will repeat what you said.(you will repeat after you say)
I don't understand where you're going here.

3 A:Don't be mad at me for anything i discover.
BDon't be mad at me for anything i discovered.(after i discover)
On this one I like 'A'

English is a difficult language because it is somewhat illogical.

Good luck and don't take my word for the correct expression.

I. I will check your profile and let you know what I think. (assuming you are still contemplating)
2. I will repeat what you say. (assuming it has not yet been spoken!)
3. Don't be mad at me for anything I discovered. (assuming it has already been discovered)

1. Neither is correct. B would be the best choice but instead of "you profile" it should say "your profile."

2. B is correct.

3. B is also correct in this one.
