hi everyone i'm doing a project on powerpoint and my mom just bought me a usb flash (thumb drive) to use, but i can't figure out how to put all the info on it. please help this is a very big part of my grade.

Open your presentation so that it is on your computer screen.

Click on "file" to get the drop down menu.

Click on "save as"

In the dialog menu click on the up bottom until you either see the various drives or "computer"

Click on the travel drive or whatever your computer calls it.

Click "OK"

open the drive which contains the usb flash. It will usually be labeled removable drive. Then just drag on you powerpoint. Make sure you dont have the file open when you do it
