I think maybe in Los Angeles....though I guess it's 50-50 as to whether they finish on the road..

I know...standings wise...

I think that the DBAcks, Pads, and Rockies are all at least as good as LA.

But given the fact that the teams are very close..any one of the 4 could win the division.

It depends on what the team does with stiffs like Pierre, Nomar, Loiaza...

If Torre keeps those guys OFF the field, and if LaRoche develops, and if Ethier, Kemp, Loney, Billingsley are as good as they appear, and IF they can find a #1 SP...or Penny/Lowe can reach that consistently...they will be one of the best, if not he best.. of the league....but if none ..or few of those things happen..they'll finish out of the running.

By the way, I am not, nor never have been...an Andruw Jones guy...

Definitely second or better, and hopefully the D-Back's self destruct again so that the Dodgers can prove everybody wrong.
It would definitely be nice to see them win the division, but if they do I don't see them getting past the NLDS in the playoffs.

The Giants game would be played on Monday 10/2 if necessary. Then any subsequent playoff game with Houston would be 10/3, with the NLDS starting on 10/4.

well that is kindof hard to predict, but then again i can see them winning at least 94 games, as long as they are healthy, if they are a little beat up then give them about 88, and if they were like in 2005, 77 games, but hopefully jones will hit better than a .222, kemp wont get traded, and hopefully we can get Bedard, Santana, or Haren

1st in the division, but I might be a little biased because I'm a Dodger fan :)

about the same as last year for now...signing one player is not enough to start making predictions or hopes...especially one coming off a down year...Torre had several big names in New York and struggled...but he is a weaker division now

I say they make the playoffs if they can work a deal with the Twins for Santana.
