I have had and solved the same problem. And, also what type of operating system you have, like Vista or what?

Zyggy has the best answer....I've used their directions on several machines with 100% success. Get your computer protection installed....AVG antivirus AND spyware or others like it and trust them...NEVER, NEVER install a 3rd party software just because it tells you to.
