Many people say they'd take a bullet for you but few actually would. That is the one and only thing I miss about being in combat. No one ever says they'd take a bullet for you. But they show it each and every day. You know that you can count on the man next to you and he can count on you. You may not even know the person, but he wears the same uniform and you know he's got your back. It's hard to find that kind of trust and bond anywhere else. I miss knowing that someone has got my back. Without a doubt I can say yes. I would. Have I? You decide.

i never thought i would, but now having 3 kids and a husband...i would do it in a heartbeat! I thought a pitbull was going to go for my baby while pushing her in her pram a while back, i remember thinking i would throw myself over her if it ever came to it. It's amazing what love does to you...pitbulls are scary as hell! lol
