If it happened in a store, I would say something to the person. I would also raise the matter with the clerk if he/she served that person before me.
If it occurred on a highway, I would let it go. Road rage leads to accidents.

I would make sure I let them know that they did so and tell them to go to the back of the line. I will always do this no matter who they are.

I did not look at your link, I'm just answering your ?. I say something to them nicely but sternly. Depending on how they react things either get better from there or worse.

It depends on my mood at the moment, if I'm having a really bad day I'll tell them about it, if not I leave it alone.
