It means....'Father, get off that F***ing computer and change my daiper. It's full again.' ;-)
Only joking. 5 year olds don't wear daipers. He must have filled his pants, lol!

Maybe "Baba" means Barbra. The Barbra Walter's 10 most facinating people is going to be on tonight. "dodo" means put it on. ;0

Baba= daddy
Dodo Do= he went to poo or he wants you to do something.
But its really strange that your five year old still speaks baby language. My cousin is almost 3 and he figured out my coin magic trick, knows where his father works in downtown and can speak perfectly. You might want to go get a check up for him. Good luck but he sounds REALLY cute!

He said...
"Dad, what is up with all these rules? I am feeling opressed, I mean look at the Jeffersons across the street, they have all the coolest and greatest toys. I have to go to bed at 7? I don't think so. I also need an allowance."
Of course, I am paraphrasing.

"Daddy I am watching too much Flintstones because I am sounding like Fred (Yabba Dabba Do) :)
Aside from that just say you don't understand what he means and ask questions like, can you take me to it? etc.
Maybe he is just playing with your head - at five he should have pretty decent speech skills (I assume if he fall in "general" patterns) :)

Sounds like something my 5 yr old would say when she is overly tired and trying to keep herself awake by being silly.
