My neighbors. They've lied to us and stabbed us in the back when we tried to help them out. The worst thing they did is go to my husband's boss and told them we were "abusive" and we were "picking on them" because we got tired of putting up with their B.S. (My husband is in the military so it is fairly serious to do this.) I believe in looking out for your neighbors but I wouldn't pee on these two losers if they were on fire.

I don't think I would deny anyone unless they wanted me to help them do something bad, like murder someone.
