hi i'm 22. my period has just ended, no more discharge. but whenever i exert force when i pass motion, there will be brownish red discharge coming out. is this normal? is it that my vigina not strong enough to hold the discharge?

your vagina is not a bladder, it doesn't "hold" anything. When you exert pressure, the remnant of your period are coming out thru the cervix, that's all. Wear a panty liner for a few more days.

having brown discharge can be normal. However, there could also be a problem. You might have hurt yourself or it could be an egg implanting incorrectly. I suggest you go see your doctor.
