well, depends on what perspective you're coming from... go in to details and I'll tell you my opinion.
Forget it I'll just tell you what I think, if you mean that racism is like ugliness, it doesn't care what race you are, then yes. If you explain it more, then I might have more for you.

No, otherwise it wouldn't be able to see the difference between peoples skin tones which is what makes racism racist! =)
