Narcissa
(ewwww, not really)
It's never said. She leaves a lot to the imagination, like did Hagrid ever get married to Mme Maxine, or who is the new minister of magic (it says only who the temporary one was), etc. And personally, I think that she left enough in the book that the epilogue wasn't needed.

I never knew what Draco's dad did just that they were rich. Let's see ... he was good at potions but lacks the compassion to be a healer. He might do well in the department of mysteries. Did Harry go on to be a dark wizard catcher???

Rowling never reveals the identity of Draco's wife, but in the Epilogue, we're told their son is named Scorpio and also attends Hogwarts along with Harry and Ginny's children.

I believe it's stated that his wife was a blonde woman, name unknown. And the people saying he married Pansy Parkinson are wrong, if I remember the epilogue correctly, since Pansy has black hair, not blonde.

She is mentioned by name in the Epilogue, so I'd conclude it was not a character mentioned in any of the books (ruling out Pansy Parkington, for instance). She is not identified in any of the post-DH chats by JKR.

I'm guessing Pansy Parkinson, though it's not officially stated in the book.

I don't think JK ever said but I would guess it was Pansy Parkinson.
