Assuming your debt to the creditor in question was included in the bankruptcy, they have no legal right to collect anything from any source. Even if they did, they would need a court order to garnish your savings account. They would have to serve you with legal notice of the hearing before such an order was granted. In any case, if they could go after your savings account, they could also go after cash under your mattress. Putting the money in the savings account only makes it easier to find.

I'm guessing that since you went bankrupt once and that you are still gambling that you didn't fix anything. You should probably be a good citizen and pay back some of the small creditors and see if you can rebuild your credit score.

I personally would get a Prepaid MasterCard or Visa and put the money on there. It is safer than carrying cash and no creditor would have access or knowledge of its existence.

Plus you can go to ATM machines in the Casino's and just withdraw it as you need it for a nominal fee.

once its discharged you are no longer legally liable to pay it... you are off the hook so to speak.

I do suggest that you learn how to handle money the right way, or you will get in debt again.

I also suggest you avoid gambling... .it's a bad place to put money. not a smart plan.

Your creditor has no right to go after your savings account. what is happening that makes you think that would happen?
