I believe Charles Dickens wrote "A Christmas Carol". He also wrote "A Tale of Two Cites". I know because I am reading it in English class.

There are many adaptations of it....The Muppets...("light the candle not the rat!").
Scrooge.....with Bill Murray and different people.. ;there is a female Scrooge isn't there?
