Hello, I have a Kanji character and would like to know it's meaning!?

I tried searching again and found another Kanji character for Strenght, my question now is that if what I have is a Kanji character for STRENGHT. Here is the link below!

I don't know what it means but this is not the 'normal' kanji for strength. It looks to complex to be just a simple word. It sure looks familiar though.
