I report only egregious violations of the rules. I have never reported you - I think your questions are kind of FUN - not like some of the other questions that might force me to do something as awful as thinking (the horror... the horror...).

No, I think reporting is dumb. And so is blocking, they just sign into another account anyway.
The sooner people realize points, levels, VNs, stars and everything else on here is menaingless, the sooner we can all kick back and have fun on here.
