well, most boards are made of laminate maple anyway.
you could try gettin' a thicker board with, like, 7 or more layers, or something.
and, actually, i don't recognize any of those names, so...i dunno. my board is Alliance, and i've had it almost a year, but i don't exactly "rip" on it just yet either. /:-) [i got this board last Christmas, but i REALLY just started sk8in (more consistantly) around, like, August, or something.]
the guys i sk8 with (and who've helped me a LOT) use a variety of boards--Baker, Zero, BlackLabel, and a couple others.
i'm all out for supporting a couple of GREAT Christian companies: Reliance Skateboards and Untitled Skateboards. they've got some really nice stuff, and it must last pretty well, 'cause the guys that sk8 for them are AmAzInG!
hope this helps, sorry if it doesn't.
peace out.

Most decks are constructed with a seven ply, cross-laminated layup of Canadian maple. Sometimes other, more exotic materials, such as fiberglass, bamboo, resin, Kevlar, carbon fiber, or plastic are incorporated into deck construction, usually to lighten the board or increase its strength or rigidity.

First off, i have to know how you ride.
If your good. Then stay with watever you are already skating.
If you suck same thing.
If your freaking amazing and have sponsor cash left over, try out a Fiberlight board.
These are useless though if you dont skate an hour a day every day. These boards make only the slightest differences, so if you can ollie the same on a 7.75 board as you can a straight 8 board, dont buy one of these.

If you REALLY want to make a board, look at how plan B makes their newest series, the prolite. They use stronger glue and thinner veneer so the board is thinner, lighter, and stronger. Habitat also makes a board with bamboo.
