If I found she was following me, I would ask her to join me. I have given her my passwords on the computer.

Bottom line is that I try not to keep secrets from my wife. She knows I occasionally look at porn, she knows I drink, she knows I smoke. She knows I'm faithful. I don't think I would want a wife that I had to hide things from.

I gather there must have been a very significant change in your general behaviour for your spouse to become suspicious. I am quite certain that this has been going on quite recently. If there was nothing to hide, why be upset. My advice is to speak to him and clear the air and give him back the confidence he had in you. I guess you would probably do the same if the circumstances for the apprehensions were similar. He must love you to go through all the trouble.

i would write a letter and stash it in my draft file dated of course, telling them that you knew they were tracking you, and all activity on the computer from this posted date on was all fabricated to teach this person a lesson
then i would go to questionable sites and do questionable things on line till they confronted me about it. then i would show them the dated email in my draft file. then tell the person that they need to stop spying on you......i had to do this very thing once...it worked

She doesn't know how to use the computer and doesn't want to know. I wouldn't care if she was looking at what I was doing on the computer if she knew my password.
