That's just for one year and does not include your dorm, textbooks, meals, and other expenses. NYU's notorious for its lack of financial aid, so if money's an issue I'd recommend looking into another college.
As for classes, if your school offers any business, accounting, economics, or marketing courses, definitely go for them. There are really no particular classes you need to take to prepare for business school, though.

I dropped out of high school for 2 motives ... i became BORED stupid (i became way too clever) and that i had a dysfunctional kinfolk and that i ran faraway from domicile. Please enable me inform you that i'm no longer 'uneducated' ... i don't have a severe college degree or a GED, yet I easily have a Bachelor's of technological information, a grasp's of technological information and a PhD in Psychology. I went to varsity in a state the place absolutely everyone could bypass to a state college in the event that they have been over 21 while they utilized ... little ones drop out of high school for many diverse motives ... some are into gangs and doing drugs, some are bored, some get pregnant or could marry and help a pregnant female, others do in basic terms no longer care, some have dysfunctional families and could run away to outlive ...

Check out Baruch--it's great school and the public school tuition makes it very attractive. You should take (if you have them) courses in accounting, economics, math through algebra II, and English composition.
