Where and how can I find out how much my video games are worth without taking them to a video game store?

When you trade-in viedo games they scan them and a price comes up for that game. Where can I find this information without going to the game store? I want to know much in-store credit would be for some of my games. Stores such as: Gamestop and Play-N-Trade.
