its hard to say, it really depends.
i think its more whether or not you can forgive someone, or they will always be a cheater in your eyes.

It's a personal choice. Cheating is a decision. Getting caught is a concequence. Punishment for cheating varies.
Make the punishment harsh enough should deter from cheating but in the end God knows all and cheaters will not enter into Heaven.

i just answered this a few days ago but here goes again no i do not believe that... if you are doing it just for sex because you have to have it then yes but most people cheat because of another reason such as neglect.. not an excuse but if they were being paid attention to and made to feel special then they wouldnt get that high on hearing it from someone else...

I used to agree with this statement, mainly because I was bitter and hurt and wouldn't give one individual who cheated on me a second chance because I knew that one individual would never change.
I realise now that that only applied to that person, and was because i was hurt. Now I accept that people can change drastically. I myself have changed soooooooo much as a person that I could never say someone will never be able to change a behavior of theirs. They can have a sincere change of heart later in life. Never say never, but never say always. ;)
