nah the best way to get rid of an annoying co worker is make sure they get every fax on positions in other departments, and tell them they are wasting their time doing the job they are currently doing (working with you) and encourage them to apply for those positions. It works a charm, they get an ego boost along with a boost right out of my working life, and not once have they ever asked me why I was wasting my talents in the same role or why I didn't apply for promotions either...most are truly oblivious to the fact they are disliked.
Big plus is you cant get in trouble for telling someone they do a good job, while simultaneously getting them out of your life.

somedays..but when i think about their families i start to feel bad. laxatives or sleeping pills are always fun.
