It's not necessarily that we ask the wrong questiongs, but rather we phrase it in a way, and people interpret it in a way that was not to be interpreted as they did. Many questions can be interpreted in so many different ways, and are often based solely on peoples' opinions, thus giving a wide variation of answers to a question not asking for those answers. that may also be a good thing becuase it offers a new perception or "door" through which we can seek a new light and find new, better answers.

Of course that isn't the only answer to your question, as with many questions.

Because we do not know that the right questions are right. We only know that one answer will seem right to us when we hear it. So, we keep asking the wrong questions hoping they will inspire the right answer all the same.

Who says we ask the 'wrong question' ? the answerer to the question? I think one must ask more than one question to find the answer. The 'right answer' might still be the 'wrong answer' if one doesn't research ALL THE POSSIBILITIES!
