From what album? If it's "Beethoven's Last Night", then you probably mean Track 11, "Requiem".
It only has two lines, which are repeated once:
VOCA ME BENEDICTUM !
SANA MEAM ANIMAM !
This means "Call me blessed (as in, say that I shall be redeemed), cure my heart".
And need I say I loooooove Trans-Siberian Orchestra?

I love Trans - Siberian Orchestra !!!! But if it is not O fortuna i dont think it is in Latin then. Sorry

That's "Carmina Burana", of which "O Fortuna" is only a part of. This movement opens and closes this piece.
