How do you get a fresh coffee stain out of an off-white couch?

first if it is still wet, blot the stain with a clean cloth to get all of the excess coffee out. if it is dry wet the cloth and blot the stain. then take some hydrogen peroxide, spray it on the stain until its real wet, let sit for 5 minutes then blot with another dry clean rag. do this 2 or 3 times. after that spray again with hydrogen peroxide and let it dry on its own that should do it.
